If you feel that the results of your supplements are not sufficient, please contact us and we will ensure that the situation is rectified quickly and fairly.

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed for shipping Monday through Friday. They are shipped via USPS or UPS and international orders are shipped by DHL or UPS.
Once you receive your tracking information, it may take 24-48 business hours for the tracking to update.
We strive to maintain the highest level of customer service. Our ultimate goal at WarZone is to create customers for life, and we will do everything in our power to ensure that your experience with us is one that makes you want to shop with us. many times.

ORDER PROCESSING

Our standard processing time is 2-4 business days for all items in stock. Processing time is not included in the estimated delivery time. Depending on how many orders we receive over the weekend, this may also slow down your processing time.
Orders are not processed on weekends or in the US. Vacation. Additional time may be required for larger orders, international orders, orders that require additional customer information, or items that are out of stock.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS

It is your responsibility to know the import regulations of your country. Please research all supplements to make sure they are legal to import BEFORE ordering. Once the order has left our premises, we cannot be held responsible for customs delays. Most countries won’t have any issues, but we’ll post this disclaimer in case there’s a problem. If by chance your order is returned to us and you want a refund, we will only do so after receiving the item. The refund will be calculated using the total shipping cost minus the 15% restocking fee for a total refund of 85% excluding shipping.
We provide tracking information for all orders, so be careful and monitor the progress of your orders through the messaging system.
We do not have a reship policy. We assume that all customers are familiar with the laws of their respective countries and therefore it is your responsibility to resolve customs matters in your country.
Please know your own import regulations before ordering. That is your responsibility. If customs does not return the product to us, we cannot give you an 85% refund.
If your order is denied entry to your country, we strongly recommend that you attempt to return the items to us and we will refund your order minus the postage. and 15% warehouse charge.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY

All returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receipt of the item.
If you are missing an item or the item you received is damaged, please contact us and we will send you a free replacement. You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the shipment.
If a refund is deemed necessary, we will manually refund your transaction with the appropriate amount for the returned items. Chargebacks will not be taken lightly and will put the customer on a blacklist.
Refunds will be made only after all items in their original packaging have been returned to us, including free promotional items. Please always contact us first as most problems can be solved very easily.
All items are transported safely and in a manner that ensures safe arrival. If for some reason this is not the case, please email us and we will work with you. Each case is treated individually.
If a product is missing from your order, please contact us and once we have verified the legitimacy of the claim we will send you the missing item. All orders are recorded and photographed before shipping to avoid any fraudulent claims.
